The level 1 course in Corporate Finance provides students with a toolbox to conduct valuation of investment project\u00a0 and understand the drivers of firm valuation.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Advanced courses in Corporate Finance<\/a> and Financial Analysis<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Students can specialize by enrolling in Advanced Corporate Finance or an advanced course of Strategic Financial Analysis. The former course trains students to conduct valuation, to structure a leveraged buyout on a real target company. It also discusses the latest advancements in the field such as the impact for firm decision on financial markets, financing decision and advanced techniques for investment projects.\u00a0 The latter consists of preparing a comprehensive equity research on a publicly listed company.<\/p>\n

Students generally position very well on the job market after following these courses but also on the international scale. Indeed, attached to the course offering, HEC Li\u00e8ge has been the winner or among the finalists of prestigious competitions (CFA Research Challenge organized by the CFA Institute, Global Oxford Private Equity Challenge).<\/p>\n<\/div>
